Hitting cntrol & command & + (on the number pad) will cycle thru
different resolutions and refresh rates, it's what worked for me.
Thing I haven't figured out is that every time I do "startx" I have
to hit cntrl cmd + twice to get to a rez that works -- how do I tell
xwindows that the rez I'm currently using should be the default?
