Subject: PB G3 Keyboard config problem - newbie

Hi, all. I'm a newcomer to the Linux world, and messing with my first
installation of YDL 1.2 on a PB G3 400 MHZ - bronze keyboard, 128 MB
ram. It has the new world roms, and I am using Yaboot 1.5. I have
benefitted immensely from reading all the posts and FAQ's, and have been
successful with most aspects of my installation. I am able to run
Xwindows in 24 bit color mode, ( I commented out the 8 and 16 bit color
settings in the X86config file, so I don't have to cycle) have the
latest versions of PHP, Apache and MySQL running. (Yes, I had to
download the tar.gz files to get everything to work. A real head spinner.
Anyway, my problem is that the function keys on my keyboard don't work.
I have tried using the FN key in combination with other keys, without
luck. I used the standard keyboard setting when I ran Xconfigurator,
but the function keys don't work at the console level either, so it must
be some basic config issue. Can someone point me in the right direction?
