Something I noticed with that kernel config is that serial console is a
module and not built in, I will try to compile a new image with serial
support and will tell you about my success or failure with it :) (If it
works I'll pass it back to you with instructions so ppl w/o a graphic
adaptor can try YDL on their RS/6000 machines)

Another thing... does anybody know what sound chip is used on the B50? I'd
like to add support for it (I have one that might be connected to speakers
for audible alarms)...
