Installing XFree86-4.0 helped noticeably. But it is _not_ easy, unless
you have plenty of Unix experience to draw from. Definitely read the
instructions carefully, and print them out to have on hand. You'll need
to upgrade your kernel (if you're still running the version that came
with CS 1.2), to have the GUI (KDE/Gnome) work properly.
    The next thing would be to find and follow the instructions for
installing TrueType fonts (search the "General" mailing list at YDL's
web-site). I haven't done the whole process yet, but look forward to the
results...
