Using a Pismo w/ CS 1.2...
On a hunch, since I had to choose the 1-button ADB mouse to get the trackpad to
work, I followed the instructions in the installation guide for emulating three
buttons on an ADB keyboard (adb_buttons=1,103,111). It *sorta* worked - F11
actually gets mapped to the 3rd mouse button, and I can hit the real mouse
button and F11 together to get the 2nd mouse button.
So I wonder, is it just a simple matter of figuring out which keys correspond
to those numbers and assigning them thus?
