Not too long ago I installed YDL 1.2 on my G4. Beyond some minor
problems(mostly relating to X windows) everything seems to be working
okay. Anyway, my eventual plan is for this machine to become an
apache server, hopefully with working http, gtp, pop, smtp, php,
mysql, et al. But at this point I don't know nearly enough, and I'm
not about to pepper the list with htousands of questions (yet).

Can anyone recommend a good book (or online document) for learning
the kind of Linux administration I need to know? I've had a domain
hosted on a Linuxbox for some time so I'm familiar with *using* these
things, but not with setup, configuration and maintenance of these
pieces.

Thanks.

And then she would say "Why, yes. I'd like to go on a date," (if you're lucky!). And then you go to a restaurant, and she gets something called "a salad." And then he gets a big piece of beef, that he eats. And that, to me ladies and gentlemen, is love. Kinda makes you cry, doesn't it?" --Brak, "I Love Almost Everybody"
