there are constructive complaints, and there's what's gone on in the
list the last few days. Did these complaints help the YDL folks improve
the product? Did they help convince them to fix your problem first?
of course not. It was simple ranting. If anything, it hurt the cause of
the people complaining. When I'm sitting whacking at a product and I can
work on something reported by people who are working with me, or a
problem reported by someone screaming in my face, guess which one gets
worked on first?
