I'd like to turn off the desktop environments running under YDL 2.0, and
run
with just a window manager. How?

I've tried editing the /etc/sysconfig/desktop file, removing the "KDE"
string.
But at reboot, I'd found myself loggin into the gnome dt environment
instead!s

Any suggestions?
