Thanks I will try that. I never had any trouble with Kmail on YDL 1.2.1

Also has anyone had problems with ppp on iMac's with YDL 2.0? I can set up
a configuration with the Red Hat PPP Configuration tool and connect with the
debug option, but when I go to use the Red Hat PPP Dialer it trys then quits
everytime. I switched to Kppp and it works some of the time. The first
time I try to connect with Kppp after starting a new session it connects at
38,400 bps and then disconnects and locks the kppp program up. If I cancel
when it conects at 38400 then try again sometimes it does the same but most
of the time it will then connect with a rate of 240,000 bps. I have tried
changing settings and no luck. Any ideas? The problem seems even worse
with the 2.4.4 kernel. Any help would be appreciated.

Also is there a faq about setting up usb printers with YDL 2.0. In 1.2.1 I
downloaded a precompiled 2.4.2 kernel that automatically recognized my Epson
850 at startup and then mknod /dev/usb/usblp0 and run the print tool and it
worked no problem. I tried the same kernel with YDL 2.0 and it won't print.
I tried using the /dev/usb/lp0 that was built into YDL but still no
printing. Thanks in advance for the help.

One more thing. How do you change the volume in KDE? That start up sound
really blasts out on my iMac.
