Steve,

While we tried to keep things compatible with RS/6000s, IBM
essentially took away our means of testing our distributions
on their hardware and so we had no way of testing on those machines.

We're working on a way to get an ANS installer for folks, and it
will likely be the basis for a floppy based installed for RS/6000
folks too... stay tuned!
