Carolyn,

If you go to www.dyndns.org (or a number of other dynamic
dns services), you can get a name like stavia.dnsalias.org,
or stavia.dyndns.net. or something similar. No charge for
this from dyndns.org or several others, although they will
gently ask for a donation.
