Now, is this on the routers web interface that you are seeing the
0.0.0.0 for the WAN IP address? If so, this sounds like the router is
not connecting your ISP or your ISP has assigned you a static IP that
you need to enter into the router. Do you know if your ISP has assigned
you a static IP or is assigning them via DHCP?

Actually based on what you've sent so far, I would say that these will
not be necessary.
