Subject: The other kernel 2.2.18 rpms recommended?

Is it recommended that the other kernel 2.2.18 rpms (eg the -headers
and -source specifically) be added as well? I noticed that they
upgrade /usr/include as well and I'm wondering if that's just
trouble (or inconsistency) waiting to happen :)
