That's where I got it from and installed it per the instructions. When I
install both modules my ethernet connection freezes completely no traffic
will go in or out of either of my interfaces.

How did you install the tulip 0.92 driver? It comes with its own PCI
module
which has to be installed along with tulip.o.
I made a lot of mistakes by trying to install the tulip driver, not
realising that it is not a completely standalone module(in the stock
kernel), and that it requires the installation of one PCI module
(pci_scan.o).

seems to cover all that. If you did install it from this page, than

sounds like a bad news for me ;-)
