Hi,
I don't know if it helps, but any way, the card that I have on a RS6000
is one Matrox. From /proc/pci I grabbed this information:

  Bus 0, device 13, function 0:
VGA compatible controller: Matrox Matrox G200 PCI (rev 1).
Medium devsel. Fast back-to-back capable. IRQ 19. Master
Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=16.Max Lat=32.
      Prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xbe000000 [0xbe000008].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xbd000000 [0xbd000000].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0x1d800000 [0x1d800000].
