Subject: Where is tulip.o?

I am trying to install an Asante FriendlyNET 10/100 PCI ethernet card into
PowerMac 7300.
This machine has YDL 1.2 installed.
The kernel does not recognize the card, so I am assuming that the tulip
driver is not compiled
into 2.2.15.
I cannot find the tulip.o module on my YDL 1.2 install cd or the Tasty Morsels.
I cannot even find it on the web.
How do I get ahold of it? And when I do, will putting a 'insmod tulip.o'
line in /etc/rc.d/rc.local
allow the system to see it as eth1?
