that will tell you...
But, to get you started,
rpm --install <package-name-here>.rpm
will install one that isn't installed already. To upgrade one you've
already got, do
rpm --upgrade <package-name-here>.rpm
You will soon discover that this package depends on that package depends
on that package, and you have to upgrade them in the right order ... or
all at once.
