That's the point. The various industries would like fair use repealed,
and they've been trying since the rise in populartiy of easy recording and
duplication. They will keep trying. DMCA slipped under the radar becasue
people thought "That's stupid, it'll never pass. Let's worry about
UTICA." It was supported by the software industry to act against fair
use, now, the entertainment indusry is wanting their own version.

If we sit back and let this run its course it very well may be passed.
Worry we must, else no one who actually decides about these things will
just think that silence is acceptance.
