well damn. when i get home, im gonna give that a shot. i honestly didnt see
anything bout gnome in the X11 directories. i did a full install too, so if
it were on the cd, it SHOULD be installed.

thanks for that :) E is my favourite window manager. i've gotta pretty slick
desktop configuration for it on my slack box. if anyone cares, i'll take
snapshots and post em on my site ;)
