On the YDL 2.1 Tasty Morsels CD you will find the source file for
xemacs. Use rpm --rebuild [the xemacs source file] and rebuild the
rpm. You will then find the three newly rebuilt rpms in
/usr/src/rpm/RPMS/ppc. I had the same trouble installing xemacs from
the CD. After rebuilding the source rpm, it installed without a problem
