None of these is relevant, as the .iso file already contains a
filesystem and should be written directly to the CD without any other
intervening layers.

On MacOS X you start up Disc Copy and then select write CD and then
select your image file and then put in your CD-R (when it asks you). I
presume a similar procedure applies under MacOS 9.x, but I have not
tried it myself.
