Well, if it's not working, either you're not using/bin/bash, or it's been
disabled in /etc/bashrc or ~/.bash_profile try typing "echo $SHELL" and
make sure it's spitting back /bin/bash at you, if so, start with your users
.bash_profile, and make sure there's not a bit that's disableing file
completion.
