permission success

I left two zeros out at the end column of fstb. That must have been what
was preventing. I have read/write access now as user.

The hard drive partition and the floppy don't mount automatically as
expected, but do mount readily by right-clicking the desktop icon and
selecting "mount." Good enough for me.
