Yes, but, as I pointed out, SWISH++ isn't a system-wide type of
program like man is. There is only one set of manual pages per
system; there can be many SWISH++ index files, each being an
index of completely unrelated things.

I think the manual page is quite clear (for the -c option).
However, I could simply change the install procedure so that no
configuration file is installed anywyere.
