hey barry,

if i understand you correctly, you have a connection to the net over adsl
that is working fine. now, you also need to dial into your work network.
you will need to use the dialup work connection to access the t3 to the
other work facility. all while using dsl for general net traffic.

do you have a lan that the linux box is a gateway for, or is the linux box
your whole network? does adsl connect directly to the linux box or to your
lan?

i think this is just a matter of keeping your ethernet connection as your
default route and then adding a couple static routes forcing the work
traffic over the dialup
