Subject: 6100 with G3 anyone?

I've been wanting to take my 6100 out of the closet and install YDL on it
for quite some time, but recently I was pratically given a NewerTech G3
upgrade for it. Has anyone had any luck with getting this combo to work? I
have serious doubts but thought I'd ask anyway.
