Does anyone know how I can get the updated RPM package for PHP?

I tried the url listed
http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/resources/errata/YDU-20020305-2.txt and
cannot find the files.

I am currently running php-4.0.4pl1-4. There appears to be a problem
with the way that file uploads are handled. Apparently the bug was
fixed in versions later than php-4.0.4pl1-4. The bug is that php
prepends 2 lines of content-type information to each file that is
uploaded.
