I figured that was the case when I recompiled the Source RPM. I just
went ahead and built it from the tar.gz source files from php.net. It
appears to work fine now.

The original updated was pulled due to a problem with it...
the new update should be going out shortly. The delay is
due to the fact that the new update requires a piece of
software not included with YDL 2.1... sooo we need to do
a few things to get that going on YDL 2.1.

I'd expect to see the new update up either tomorrow or Wednesday.
