Hi, I just tries installing sshd and ssh and for some reason sshd refuses to
allow me to connect. For example I type:

    ssh localhost

and it responds

    secure connection to localhost refused

Connections from other machines are similarly refused. There must be
something I'm doing wrong. I checked the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file and it
seems ok. Any ideas? Should I put something in the /etc/hosts.allow or the
/etc/inetd.config file?
