Thx Jeremy for the quick answer to my question.
Well the problem with YDL 1.2 was that when selecting the software
components to be installed and the installation started it hanged (and
the cursos disapeared) after 5 min. or so from the begining. I have
tried to install the minimum sotware but the hangs always occur. You say
that to solve that prob. you had to use the kernel that came with
their's instead of the kernel you made. What do you mean with that?

Again with LinuxPPC2000 YDL: if as Jeremy says both are the same, then
the main difference, apart from the logo and the installer :) , must be
on the additional software bundled on each packet, isn't it? Which one
comes with better soft?
