OK, two new ignorant questions.

1. xeyes. I received some great advice here on killing xeyes....I
kill -9 'd them using the process ID #s, and away they went.

Regrettably, like some bad horror movie, whenever I reboot, they
reappear, and watch me until I kill -9 them again. They must be in
some config file somewhere, but I am too big of a linux dope to
figure it out.

2. FTP. I want to migrate my Mac website over to the linux box. I
tried ncftp from the linux box to my mac, so I could xfer the folder
full of website, but no luck.

Simple, I thought....I'll just use fetch and ftp the files over to
the linux box. I went in and uncommented out the ftp line, and I can
log in now, but not anonymously, and it won't let me use Fetch to log
in so I can Put the whole directory there. It keeps telling me my
login is incorrect, even though I KNOW I can log in that way using
telnet. How do I set that up?

Thanks,

Drew
