What Video Card do you have?

If you can supply the part number or adapter Number (usually a sticker
on the back of the card and is in the form of " 1-P " or something
similar.

I could verify wether this card works on my Model 43P-140 as I have
a lot of flavors of IBM cards for the RS/6000.
