No, you *can't* use BootX.

Hell no. Use the one at ftp://ftp.terraplex.com/pub/updates/kernel (that's
what's in 1.2.1).

No and no. modules and System.map are both for the Linux side of things
and are useless to the Mac OS (and the bootloader).
