I want to play with my mtu to experiment with my local ethernet
network. According to man ifconfig I can just add the argument "mtu
#" inline, but it does not work (SIOCSIFMTU: Invalid Argument).

The linuxppc-user archives shows this question before, but no answer.
YDL archives shows 0 hits on it.

Anybody know? Gotta be an answer to this...
