I threw away the ADB mouse I couldn't get to work and switched to a
Kensington Orbit. This gives 2 button functionality for Windowmaker - but
the third button isn't emulated.

I have used xmodmap -e "pointer = 1 3 2" so that the right button pops up
the application menu. How do I get the window menu to pop up? I haven't
found an answer so far by browsing the mailing lists.
