I am trying to install gtk 1.2.8 on my pismo laptop since I removed gnome
and therefore the previous instalations of gtk, but when I run ./configure
it stops and complains that glib is not installed, but before I tried to
install gtk I installed glib 1.2.8, at least I think I did, everything
seems to be there in /usr/local/lib just like the INSTALL file said it
would, but gtk can't seem to find it... any suggestions?
