I have an order in for the book plus the disc.
It appears that these will not ship before mid November.

I have downloaded a 49.7 MB .iso document which is not recognized by
Toast Titanium 5.
Thus I cannot make an installation CD.

What do I do now?

Should I order the 3 disc set?
Will it arrive before the book?
