Subject: YDL 2.1 Kernel SCSI Generic problems

Well I just used the yup and mirror method to updating, and well...
everything is working... except I am having trouble with SCSI generic.
Specificly this is noticable when I start up the CD player it hangs unless
I have a CD in the drive? Any solution to this. Using an older Poermac
7500 g3 upgraded. Still have the CDROM hooked up to the internal MESH
SCSI-2 bus. Any ideas?
