Subject: ftp not working in konqueror/kpackage

I just upgraded from YDL 2.0 -> YDL 2.1, I'm
happy with the result, however, ftp is no longer
supported in kde -- konqueror and kpackage
can log in to ftp servers, but cannot display the
contents of a directory. I'm reduced to using Mozilla
for ftp for now.
Any help is appreciated.
