If I type 'lsmod' I only get this:
Module Size Used by
printer 5232 0 (unused)
ppp 26432 0 (autoclean) (unused)
slhc 4368 0 (autoclean) [ppp]

'dmesg' gives:
...
Serial driver version 4.27 with no serial options enabled
PowerMac Z8530 serial driver version 2.0
ttyS0 at 0xdc804020 (irq = 22) is a Z8530 ESCC (cobalt modem)
ttyS1 at 0xdc80b000 (irq = 23) is a Z8530 ESCC
...
CSLIP: code copyright 1989 Regents of the University of California
PPP: version 2.3.7 (demand dialling)
PPP line discipline registered.
...

I have YDL 2.0 with kenerl 2.2.19-1k, I plan to update to 2.1 but I would
have liked to do it on-line after the modem configuration.
Any suggestions?

thanks,

filippo
