No, it is not. `rpm -q yup` will tell you what version you have installed.
The latest version of yup has changed that code drastically, so the
traceback provided clearly identifies your version as out of date.

To update yup by hand, run (as root)
rpm -Uvh http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/yup/yup-0.7.6-1.noarch.rpm

That (0.7.6) is the latest version.
