The ISO file is a final mastered image of the CD - you simply need to
select that image with your CD writing software, and tell it to burn the
CD to the disk - your CD writer software manual should say how (if this
is possible).

A common mistake is to try and use the tools that come with many CD
writer packages to mount the CD image first, or somehow only write
certain files on the image to the disk. Doing this creates a brand new
CD image with different (broken) settings (like not being able to boot
the CD) and you'll end up with a coaster.
