Okay, I'm using (or trying to...) the dns server here at my office, which
I've already set up. I still can't seem to get the IP networking to work.
Doing some work on this problem late last night, I issued the exact commands
you just gave with little results.

Since I'd already set that stuff up in the YDL installer, it said that the
route file already existed, and the ifconfig eth0...etc. didn't change
anything.

When I try to ping another host on my local network it says the the host is
unreachable. When I try to ping a host (by IP address) on the internet, it
says the network is unreachable.

Any more ideas?

Joe
