There are numerous PHP and PERL script resources on the net. This one [
http://www.hotscripts.com/ ] has been the most useful so far for me. Most of
the PHP scripts are flexible enough to work with just about any database
system, but at least 95% of designed with MySQL in mind...so it's pretty
plug, modify and play. :)

This is kind off topic for this list, you might want to join the AMP mailing
list which is fairly specific to Mac webmaster transitioning to Linux
Apache, MySQL, PHP development. You can see the list via following web page:
