Subject: Anybody use MySQL 3.23.26 on YDL?

Just what the title says. ;-) I've got 3.22.32 installed now and
it's working fine. I wanted to take advantage of some of the new
features though.
Should I upgrade? If so, do I have to manually remove files or do
anything special to keep my settings intact? I'll probably be
compiling from source.
