What does an `ls -al /vmlinux` tell you? I'm guessing it's a broken
symlink to /boot/vmlinux-2.2.15... I would recommend that you change it
to point to /boot/vmlinux. If you point it there, the next time you
upgrade a kernel RPM it should go much more smoothly. :)
