Hello.
I am still fairly new to linux, so pardon me if this is a stupid question. I
bought YDL2.0 a few weeks ago. I updated my system once with yup--no
problems I thought. About 25 things updated at that time.
I have tried updating again, but now I can't get past a certain point.
Here's what it says:
yup reads the database, check package list updates, etc. then it tells me
what packages can be updated: tmpwatch, zlib-dev, zlib, sendmail, xinetd
using cached copy of tmpwatch
using cached copy of zlib-dev
using cached copy of zlib
using cached copy of sendmail
using cached copy of xinetd
Traceback (innermost last):
File "usr/sbin/yup", line 29, in? yup.main()
File "usr/lib/yup/yup.py", line 126, in DoList
self.filenames[header[rpm.RPMTAG_NAME]]=packagedir + op[1]
TypeError: unsubscriptable object
The only things I have added/changed since my install have been the
j2sdk1.3beta from Blackdown, and I am still trying to get NetBeans java IDE
up and running.
If I have done something to mess up my system, how can I fix it? Thank you!
