Alexander,

Check your XF86Config file for:

Option "BlankTime" "time"
Option "StandbyTime" "time"
Option "SuspendTime" "time"
Option "OffTime" "time"
 
And also check for DPMS under the Monitor section.

Also check 'man XF86Config' for more options.
