I've had this combination running on my Wallstreet for some months now.
My HD is 20G total so my partitions are smaller, but arranged the same.
In addition, I have a small (300M) partition of HFS that both Linux and
MacOS can see.

When I loaded it all I had the MacOS X/9 combo going and then installed
YD2.0 from the CDs. I had to do some playing around with my partitions
and since DiskTools isn't smart enough to drop and format partitions
individually I used fdisk (or whatever come up as part of the YD
install) to do it. I noticed that when ever I would do this my OSX
stopped working and going into firmware. To fix it I just did a dirty
reinstall of OSX (dirty as in not deleting anything, just running the
installer). That did the trick and I can use which ever system I boot
into. It may just be fixing something with the disk driver.

As for BootX, I have it as a startup for my OS9.2 so when starting
Classic it does show up, but if I try to use it or the Control Panel to
go to Linux it locks up. This is because Classic isn't actually running
OS9 on a Macintosh computer, but rather it is running OS9 in a virtual
computer facilitated by OSX. The memory in Classic isn't 'real' so the
kernel can't be loaded and control given to it. The only way I know to
get into my Linux is to boot directly into OS9.2 (set with the Startup
Disk Control Panel) and then go to Linux with BootX as usual. Not as
easy as going from OSX straight to Linux, but it works. [Actually I
still use 9.2 mostly because OSX isn't quite ready for prime time and
the Aqua interface sucks! My copy of 10.1 is on order.]

Hope this helps.
