After 4 builds and 3 tulip driver versions....
I finally corrupted the Kernel so badly that you
can only get in via telnet....nice.

Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated as I am
starting from scratch. Maybe with MkLinux !!! Ha.

I have a 233Mhz PowerMac 9600 with lots of RAM and
and and Asante RUDE-AND-NOT-SO-FRIENDLY 10/100 card.

Oh yeah, YDL 2.0 (kernel 2.2.19-1k) works just fine, just not with the
card.

I have read for hours of things to do to may the card work,
but nothing has worked. I am familiar with SANE versions of
Linux, but am currently stumped.

Does anyone have a working setup like this ?
ANY advice would be like a beer on Friday.

Thanks

BTW-Thanks to Sean O. Denney for the NetAtalk advice...It worked
great for 17 hours and THEN I had to mess it up.......
